Evening Meetings: Why Not Continue The Discussion Over Dinner?
Evening speaker meetings are, as many members will know, followed not only by drinks and the chance to catch up with colleagues and make new acquaintances, but also where possible by the opportunity to continue the discussion over dinner at a central London venue. If you would you like to dine with the speakers, please contact the Secretariat. The cost of the dinner to members is only £45.
Rybczynski Prize 2009
The SBE's Rybczynski Prize is awarded annually for the best piece of business economics writing of the year. A flyer publicising this year's competition is enclosed - please do display or distribute as you see fit to help bring to the attention of potential competition winners (and we would be happy to provide as many as you would like to help spread the message). Essays can written especially for the competition or have been published during 2009, and the closing date for entries is 9 December. Our thanks, once again, to KPMG for their generous sponsorship of the Rybczynski Price.
